Non Faulty Products

If you purchased an item from Electric Golf Trolleys and in the unlikely event you are unhappy with the product then you must return the item within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The product must be returned in its original packaging and must be unused in order to receive any refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made to the same method of payment as the purchased item. For example, all payments made to Electric Golf Trolleys are through paypal and any refund we will make will be to your paypal account.

Faulty Products

If your product is faulty please contact info@electric-golftrolleys.com and explain your problem and someone will contact you within 3 working days to give advice on what to do next. Failing that we also suggest you contact the manufacturers directly as they are more than happy to help and give advice.
